Concurrent CTESL Application Form

Please use this form if you are currently enrolled in an Honours degree program at �Ӱ�ԭ�� University. If you are not currently enrolled in an Honours degree then you must complete the Post-Degree CTESL Application Form and pay a processing fee of $50.

To apply for the Certificate program, you must submit this form by April 30 for consideration for the upcoming fall term.
